Job Description
About You
- Having a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; graduated in 2023 or after
- Strong programming skills, particularly in SQL, Python or any other scripting language.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good to have familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Good to have previous experience in technical support or customer service.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Support team to identify opportunities for automation in support workflows.
- Design and develop tools/scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the Support team to curate content in support tickets, ensuring accurate and relevant information is captured for LLMs.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving support processes and customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
