Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the squad in delivering business results and customer value across various stakeholder groups and functions. Develop OKRs and KPIs to measure and track progress.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are captured. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide key input in the prioritization of the backlog across multiple products, ensuring maximum value delivered to our stakeholders.
- Participate in squad-level agile ceremonies, contributing to project planning and prioritization.
- Assist with the preparation and planning of initiatives during the Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
• Translating business needs and requirements into user stories.
• Delivering results within a fast-paced, complex, multi-disciplinary organization.
• Demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Managing competing and fluctuating priorities, working effectively with ambiguity.
• Keeping multiple workstreams moving with minimal direction.
• Verbal and written communication, proficient in drafting clear and concise reports.
• Working with a multicultural, distributed agile team located in different time zones.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Exposure to Scrum and other Agile ways of working.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
