Job Description:-
HCL Technologies is hiring for the position of Senior Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Maintain the existing project by resolving or troubleshooting or debugging issues occurring in the existing project/ application
- Understand client requirements and accordingly develop code to create required features
- Manage Documentation of work
- Develop and deliver codes for the projector work assigned by following established standards of quality and delivery SLA
Requirements:
- Must be a B.Tech. Graduate
- Should have 0-2.5 years of experience in relevant field
- Ability to build enterprise software, preferably in a distributed team using Agile/ Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in CSS, Angular, EXTJS, Bootstrap, JQuery is preferred but not required
- Experience in JSP, Servlet, Tag Libray, XSLT, Restful APIs is preferred but not required
- Contributes to special assignments to increase the maturity of the CoE, e.g. budgeting tool design
- To analyze and prepare the data cuts as per review requirements
- To contribute research and data gathering as and when, e.g. opening an operations in new geos
- To put together data and slides from different sources for the whole function review with senior management
- To understand the requirements of the customer from the process and application (HCL employees, managers, HR).
- To update information and run validation to keep it current, e.g. PMS
