- Job Title: Graduate Trainee
- Role – Global Service Desk role, solve network hardware and software problems for clients, responds to telephone calls, emails, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users
- Desirable Skill: Excellent Communication Skill
- Type of Employment: Full-Time Role
- Eligibility: BCA, B.Sc, BA, B.Com,BBA, BE/ B.Tech
- Highest Qualification: Undergraduate
- Eligibility Criteria: 60% and above throughout the academics and no backlogs.
- UG Passing Year: 2022/2023/2024 only
