As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to: Micron Off-Campus Drive 2024
- Resolve technical issues related to In-house applications based on dotNet, API related queries, Boomi or any integration platform basic trouble shooting.
- Collaboration with Customers and Vendor via email, chat, or remote desktop connections.
- Operational support escalation
- Aware and experience in Incident management, Problem management and Change Management.
- Maintain OLA and SLA agreements with other Micron Business Units
- Should be proactive and automate regular tasks.
- Flexible to work on Shifts to provide 24×7 support to the applications
Specific responsibilities:
- Continually improves operations through routine monitoring of system performance metrics and proactive actions.
- Reviewing of system log files, trend analysis, configuration, incident, problem and change management processes.
- Recommends and works with the Solution and Enterprise Architect on system or architectural changes when needed to improve performance, high availability, scalability, or propose innovative technologies.
- Ensures architectural consistency and provides technical direction through roadmap process, knowledge management, disaster recovery plan development and testing.
- Creating all the necessary documentation for any changes in the environment or innovative technology deployments as reference architecture for the global operation team.
Skills and Qualifications: Micron Off-Campus Drive 2024
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in understanding and diagnosing technical issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services of Azure, AWS, and SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity to code or script debug.
- Backend data analysis.
- Experience in Integration platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively.
- Knowledge of Powershell and Python
- Familiar with ITSM tools and understand the processes involved well.
- Good to know how to use Generative AI tools in day-to-day work.
