Job Description
MIT Academy of Engineering is seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage and execute projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.
- Prepare and deliver project presentations and reports.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers from all engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply.
