Qualifications

Required:

•Graduate/Post Graduate Degree / MBA

•0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in web and social media analytics and stats, content management/knowledge management, professional services organization

•Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr/ any other social media management tool

•Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment

•Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; good knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage

•Skills/ knowledge of Digital Campaign Management will be an added advantage

•Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)

•Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint, intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage

•Effectively leverage internal social media & collaboration tools to connect people-to-people and people-to-content

•Ability to deal with and deliver fast deadlines, acts with a sense of urgency

•Good client management and relationship-building skills

•Good written & oral communication skills

•Ability to work under pressure

Preferred:

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Knowledge of branding and content workflow guidelines standards

•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

•Be able to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions whereappropriate.

•Suggest practical solutions and partner with clients to implement the solutions.

•High energy with the ability to deal with ambiguity

•Positive attitude and presence, ability to interact with many levels, ability to face and deal withproblems/issues in a mature and professional manner

•Good client management and relationship-building skills

•Ability to work under pressure

•Ability to build networks within the organisation.

•Self-motivated and strong team player
