Job Description
Requirements
– Good knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, API’s and at least 1 year of experience in development.
– Basic understanding of WordPress and WordPress related plugins
– You are a master of creating modern visual and interactive web applications using modern tools and technologies. Knowledge of Vanilla Javascript will be preferred.
– You have good knowledge on best practices to follow, when writing code, using WordPress or deploying to website.
– You make well architected design choices when building systems/features even for the first users.
– You are a pro in designing data schema and deciding when to choose RDBMS or NoSQL or KV Store or Open Search data stores.
– You have experience writing Unit tests.
– You majorly rely on data to make decisions rather than assumptions.
– You are a team player and like working in a cross-functional setup.
– You have a strong penchant for learning and technology.
– We value people who can take a stand yet commit even when they disagree
– You are open for a long term contractual position.
– Bonus points for built-in hacky-ness and knowing how to productionize WordPress for scale.

– You will help drive the development efforts for some of our complex services and products.
– You take ownerships and initiatives for solving larger technical needs of the product and business.
– You will also work on reducing overheads and toils in day to day software development practices.
