AspireTech Solutions is hiring for the role of Full Stack Developer!

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-3 years of professional experience in full-stack development (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Backend Development: Strong knowledge of Java and its frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
- Database Management: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
