Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software Test Engineer to join our team. The Software Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on software requirements
- Identify, record, and document software defects
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential issues
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
