1. You will be working in the field of Infrastructure and Data Management Business line of Atos.
2. You will be working in Networking, data base, Cloud services, Windows, Service Desk, Digital Workplace, and other Information Technology Infrastructure technology-related skills.
3. Your primary role will be to provide L0 and L1 level support to various Atos clients.
Qualifications:
Academic qualification for Atos, Candidate must have a graduation or post-graduation degree like Bachelor’s/Master’s from a recognized college.
1. Understand Infrastructure Concepts like Cloud, Storage, networking, Windows, etc.
2. Understand the ITIL process as an added advantage.
3. Must possess good communication skills and a positive attitude.
