Responsibilities:
Our most important tasks that we do here are DML Scripting and DDL Scripting. DDL stands for Data Definition Language, which defines the structure or schema of the database. DML, or the Data Manipulation Language, helps us deal with managing and manipulating data in the database. So we need someone strong in SQL scripting in Postgres. Experience writing complex SQL scripts for data manipulation and data management (Updates, Deletes, Purges ,etc..) Also Creating and changing new schemas or tables so scripting to Define new data structures or copying new Database objects from one environment to another
