In this role, you will:

- Able to write and implement Test Strategy and Approach
- Experience of working with various Development Lifecycle Methodologies including Agile development
- Demonstrable methods of Test Case Design
- Test Execution and Environment Management, Defect Management and Metrics Reporting and Management.
- Ability to implement test automation using Selenium/Cucumber.
- Analysing feasibility and designing new automation tests.
- Takes ownership and maintains automated regression packs.
- Pragmatic / lean / agile testing techniques
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Should have proven practical experience in test automation.
- Strong Experience with API/Web Services Testing and API Automation tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or python, SQL Queries.
- Test Automation Tools: Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Rest Assured, Postman, Swagger, extent reports.
- Good exposure or knowledge of BDD and TDD framework development.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Test Management Tools: Jira.
- Strong ability to define and execute Test Suites/Test Cases.
The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge of Investment Banking products.
- Good to have experience in testing micro-services, Spring-boot Rest template for API automation.
- Experience in framework development from scratch.
- Have worked on Banking projects previously.
- Relevant Certifications like ISTQB, etc., if any
