As an Associate Engineer – Software, the candidate will:

- Identify, document, and resolve software issues or anomalies.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure software compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Perform risk assessments and propose solutions to potential technical challenges.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in peer reviews for code and design.
- Recommend and implement improvements in software development and testing processes.
Required Skills:
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Java, or Python).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems or real-time operating systems (RTOS) is a plus.

- Ability to debug and troubleshoot software effectively.
