Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist I to join our support team. As a fresher, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve technical issues and providing guidance on product usage. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about our products and interact with various departments within the company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products
- Provide step-by-step solutions to customers through clear communication
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with new product features and improvements
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team to enhance user experience
- Build strong cross-functional relationships
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in Technical Support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Detailed, organized, and results-oriented, with a strong level of attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required, as well as being able to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
- Bonus to have professional programming/scripting experience
- Familiar with Database queries and joins(MySQL, MS SQL, or Postgre).
- This position requires working in US/UK shifts (until 3 AM IST)
