Job Description
Responsibilities
- Developing, designing and delivering performant software to support Epiq’s process improvement and automation initiatives
- Create and maintain both high level and technical documentation around all development
- Translate business requirements into intuititve software solutions
- Provide continuous updates to stakeholders throughout Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements in alignment with compliance
- Troubleshooting, maintaining and continuously improvement software
- Integrating external producting into Epiq’s proprietary solutions through API development
- Participate in sprint planning to ensure thorough and detailed planning for every sprint
Leading the end-to-end solutions through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Develop high level project plans for implementation of projects
- Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
- Demonstrate a mature and sophisticated approach to problem solving.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors’ degree in computers/ technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end development of business processes on Windows and web-based browsers etc.
- Knowledge of the programming tools/languages (e.g., Visual Studio/C# (.NET/ASP.NET), Java, Python, Ruby, Powershell, JSON), relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle)
- Thorough understanding of object oriented development theory
- Experience in .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, etc
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure Azure/AWS
- Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
- Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
