Job Description

- Oversee Implementation of project architecture, design, standards and processes, working with Lead and Manager
- Research, identify and document client’s technical requirements
- Determine and identify appropriate technologies to be used
- Develop and document the system architecture
- Develop and document the high-level technical design
- Identify project tasks and define task definitions
- Assist in developing technical project schedules, plans, task assignments and time estimates
- Attend regular project technical team meetings
- Provide senior project staff with full communication of project progress
- Assist with development of project code
- Take an active role in development of low-level design
- Work with Lead and Manager to develop time estimates for project tasks
- Develop code in keeping with established processes and standards
- Debug and unit test modules before deployment to QA environment
- Assist deployment staff by providing necessary documentation
- Create and maintain project documentation, in accordance with established standards
- Designing and building applications with languages as outlined
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university and 4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/ professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations is necessary. The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees is a plus.
Developers will pursue knowledge of the SAP Hybris Commerce and SAP CPI systems since it is integral to the overall business flow at Insight. Possess strong creative problem-solving ability. Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, client-services environment.
- Build efficient technical solutions using SAP CPI
- Design, develop, and implement complex integration for end-to-end solutions at a middleware level and evaluate publish\subscribe and request\response methodologies.
- Review functional requirements and determine the type of integration work that is needed.
- Implement solutions using an SOA approach including defining service security, use of service registry and governance processes.
- Responsible for the Architecture, Strategy, Design and Roadmap of all Integration patterns
- Manage Agile/Scrum Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), TUT, FUT, SIT, UAT, Performance testing, etc.
- Hands-on experience with CPI integration technologies in the following areas: Service Repository and Integration Directory; Data mappings, XSLT mappings, EDI and XML communications, Proxies, interface definitions, and XSDs; Configuration and implementation of PI/PO adapter types (IDoc, RFC, JDBC, File, SOAP, WS, JMS, HTTP, REST and Proxy); Configuration, design, development, Message monitoring; adapter logs, adapter engine status, communication channels etc.
- Strong working experience in IDOC, CXML, ALE configuration, Partner profiles, Ports, Enhancements, error processing, troubleshooting.
- Manage technical design, estimate, development, testing, documentation and implementation activities for all Interface objects including Interfaces for various applications and third-party systems.
- Responsible for quality, management and maintenance of development templates, standards, documents, and repository throughout the project and later.
- Implement and maintain change and release management processes for all process teams.
- Manage and ensure seamless integration of all development and technical tasks between all teams on Integration and Process related activities.
- Develop, manage, and monitor Integration project plan, establish and communicate key milestones to sub-team leads and PMO.
- Manage, train and handhold all dev teams (internal employees and external contractors) at all locations.
- Design integration solution, build, perform test end-to-end integration of various technology implementations.
- Determine detailed system integration requirements based on business requirements provided by the Operations groups.
- Provides technical expertise and solutions related to integration of SAP and other legacy applications.
- Test end-to-end integration solutions and deploy.
